Each Prismix frame comes with three base lens colors: a neutral gray for everyday use, a brown tint optimized for driving, and a lighter shade for indoor or cloudy conditions. Additional lens sets are available separately, including polarized options, gradient tints, mirror finishes in various colors, and photochromic lenses that automatically adjust to light levels.

Lenses are compatible within their respective collection. For example, all Heritage Aviator lenses work with any Heritage Aviator frame, but they won't fit Metro Edge frames due to different geometries. Each product page clearly indicates lens compatibility, and our customer service team can help you identify which lenses work with your specific frame model.

All Prismix lenses feature UV400 coating, which blocks 100% of UVA and UVB rays up to 400 nanometers. This protection level meets international safety standards and shields your eyes from harmful ultraviolet radiation. Even our clear lenses include UV protection, so you can wear them indoors or on overcast days while still protecting your eyes.

We use aerospace-grade aluminum alloy for frame construction, chosen for its strength-to-weight ratio and durability. Nose pads and temple tips are medical-grade silicone that remains comfortable during extended wear. Lenses are impact-resistant polycarbonate with scratch-resistant coating. All materials undergo rigorous testing to ensure they meet our quality standards.

For daily cleaning, use the included microfiber cloth to gently wipe lenses and frame. For deeper cleaning, rinse with lukewarm water and apply a small amount of mild soap or lens cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals, paper towels, or abrasive materials that could scratch coatings. Dry thoroughly with a clean microfiber cloth. Clean the magnetic connection points occasionally with a dry cloth to remove any dust.

Absolutely. The magnetic system is engineered to withstand vigorous movement and impact. Our Motion Pro Range features additional grip technology on temple tips and nose pads for enhanced security during activities like cycling, running, and water sports. The magnetic connection has been tested to remain secure even under high-impact scenarios that would typically dislodge traditional sunglasses.

Store your sunglasses in the included protective case when not in use. This prevents scratches and protects against accidental damage. Extra lenses come with individual microfiber pouches. Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Avoid leaving sunglasses in hot vehicles, as excessive heat can damage coatings and potentially affect the magnetic properties over time.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting our customer service team. After this window, orders enter our fulfillment process and cannot be altered. If you need to make changes after shipping, you can return the items under our standard return policy once they arrive.

Currently, we ship within Poland and to European Union countries. We're actively working on expanding to additional international markets. You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in original condition for a full refund. Items must include all original packaging, lenses, and accessories. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges are handled as returns followed by new orders. Return your current item within 30 days, and once processed, place a new order for your preferred style.
